I don’t know how many bottles of tartar sauce I had to buy to figure out that the tartar sauce is made differently in the US. I really thought that tartar sauce was something like Ketchup: almost universal with very small tweaks. In Colombia, we eat tartar sauce not only with fried fish, but almost everything. I would say that tartar sauce is almost as important as Ketchup and Mustard, so you can imagine how much I missed it when I couldn’t get the my version of “real” Tartar sauce…
Luckily this recipe doesn’t have any weird ingredients and very few steps. I hope you love it!
