Spicy Beer Chicken
My Father’s birthday was last week. I was feeling like celebrating it from here, by making something with his cooking style. My father likes to season chicken and beef with beer, so I added a couple of other spices and made this tasty chicken. What I like about this chicken is how flavorful it is. Yes, it is spicy but you can also taste other flavors without having your tongue num from the pepper.
While baking, I basted the chicken every 5 minutes for 25 minutes. That way the whole chicken tastes like the rub and not just the outside of the skin. I really think this is a great summer meal and you should bring it to your table. It’s easy, delicious, and healthy. What else could you ask for?
