Seafood Boil
What I love of these seafood mixes is that you can do so many meals with them. It’s nice that you can buy this mix and then you can indulge as little or as much you want. I usually like to make paella with this seafood mix, but this weekend I’m feeling like being a little bit more healthy and eat fewer carbs… So I decided to make Cajun-style seafood boil.
This meal is really easy to make and feels really light when you eat it. One-pot meal, no need for any fancy equipment, or cooking technique… Just some spices, and appetite to eat this perfect summer meal.
