Lavender Whipped Cream

Alright, I know this is a basic cooking recipe, but I still want to post it because it is delicious. Even though it only requires 3 ingredients, it’s easy to forget so many things that you can serve with just whipped cream. PLUS: As crazy as it can sound, whipped cream is a low-calorie treat that is perfect for whenever you are trying to keep the number of calories low but still have some fun in your meals.

A few days ago, I got a lavender syrup and I realized that I was putting it in everything I could. What I love of lavender is that the flavor is so aromatic. so floral that it gives a hint of elegance in whatever you are serving… Lavender has a “je ne sais quoi ” that makes everything better no matter what you are eating.

Just in case you are still hesitating in making this recipe, here are some ideas on how to use whipped cream:

  • Berries
  • Bananas
  • Pie
  • Cookies
  • Ice cream
  • Pretzels
  • Waffles/ Pancakes
  • Coffee
  • Milkshake
  • Hot chocolate
  • Brownies
  • Lemonade


  • 1 Cup of cold heavy whipped cream

  • 1 Tsp of lavender Syrup

  • 2 Tbs of Sugar


  • Place the mixer bowl in the fridge and let it cool for at least 20 minutes.
  • After the mixer bowl is cool, add the heavy whipped cream, syrup, and sugar.
  • Mix all ingredients in high speed until the cream is firm (about 1 minute).
