Korean Style- Spicy Rice Cake
I watched “Let’s eat“ a year ago and it gave me so many cooking inspirations. If you are a foodie like me, I would encourage you to watch it on Netflix. This Show is a Korean Drama that tells a love story, and in between, they visit different restaurants with the most amazing food. After watching each episode, I was desperately looking for recipes and trying to duplicate their dishes to have a similar experience that actors did.

This spicy rice cake recipe is inspired by “Tteokbokki”, one of the traditional Korean street food. If you are a fan of a variety of textures, then this is your dish. Rice Cakes have the most joyful texture that you would ever have in any other dish. Plus the spices and flavors of the soy and oyster sauce make it just a perfect combination. I can’t wait to have the chance to go to Korea and try the real thing!
