In Colombia we can eat pork belly almost any time of the day: Breakfast lunch and dinner. We usually eat it as a side, with eggs, rice, lentils, beans, or pretty much anything you want. I think one of my favorite ways to eat pork belly is with beans, it gives the beans some richness and texture that they don’t have by them selves.
Its really hard to go wrong with pork belly. This recipe is pretty easy and trust me what ever you decide to eat this with, it will give a great touch to your meal with so little effort.
