Ginger Crumb

This crumb is amazing: there is a balance between spice and sweetness that makes it addictive. I usually like to eat fruit and Greek yogurt for breakfast and this crumb is a great addition. I don’t always eat this ginger crumb in my breakfast, but when I do, it makes me feel like I’m eating a pie. I’m all about cheating without feeling like I will have to run a marathon after eating…

You can use also this crumb on top of cakes, muffins, pies, pancakes, waffle, granola, or yogurt.
