Garlic Mayo

Back home, garlic mayo and tartar sauce is a staple in restaurants. I can tell you that if the sauce was good, most likely the business would be famous in town. Naturally, I grew up being a big condiment fan. The first thing, I do in a restaurant, is to get as many in-house sauces, and rank them from best to not that great. I think this garlic sauce is delicious, perfect for sandwiches, burgers, and chicken or potato salad, or whatever you would like to added it.

  • 4 Large Fresh Garlic Cloves (Peeled)

  • 2 Eggs

  • 2 Cups of Vegetable Oil (avoid Olive Oil as it can make it bitter)

  • 1/2 Tsp of Salt

  • 1 Lime


  • Blend garlic, eggs, and salt until smooth.
  • Now with the blender on High, slowly stream in oil. Continue blending until thick and creamy.
  • Add lime juice and blending for 2 minutes.
