I tried making yogurt in the sous vide and it turned out AMAZING! It only takes 12hrs to cook, which is not too bad because you can make in the afternoon and then have fresh yogurt in the morning. What I love about making my own yogurt is that I can make it lactose-free, and sugar-free. Which makes this yogurt ULTRA healthy. Also, it is hard for me to find lactose-free yogurt made with real milk (also this is significantly cheaper). I have to say that this yogurt tastes better than any almond/soy yogurt that I had to try in the past and it doesn’t hurt my belly.
You can also make as many flavors as you can imagine. Here I flavored mine with Chai tea, but you could do matcha or anything else. I encourage you to try this recipe. You will be amazed how easy is to have the fanciest and healthy yogurt every day.
