Brazilian Ground Beef Kebabs

Yes, summer is here! Summer always makes me want to have a South American Barbacoa. These kebabs have a mixture of Brazilian Latin flavors, which are quite wonderful.

I don’t know what exactly it is, but when it is warm outside, I want to do everything outside, including cooking. Grab your ground beef, spices, kebab sticks and try this recipe. It is delicious and more importantly easy enough that will give you enough time to chill and hang out after cooking.

Our family loves this dish and I bet yours will too! These Kebabs are very versatile, you can eat them on their own or add them in salad. Perfect for meal prep 🙂


  • 1 Lb of Ground Beef

  • 1/4 Medium Onion (Minced)

  • 2 Large Garlic Cloves (Minced)

  • 1Tsp of Paprika

  • 1 Tsp of Cumin

  • 1 Tsp of Salt (Or to taste)

  • 1Tsp of Ground Black Pepper

  • 2 Tbs of Mustard

  • 2 Tbs of Vegetable Oil

  • 1/4 cup of soy Sauce


  • In a medium sized bowl mix ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, scallion, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and mustard.
  • Work the mixture well until everything is incorporated.
  • Grab a piece of the mixture, a little larger than a golf ball, and squeeze it around the skewer. Make it into a oblong shape, like pictured above. Continue doing this until the skewer is full, then move on to a new skewer. Repeat until you run out of meat.
  • Heat up a skillet, grill, or grill pan on medium-high heat. Brush on oil to prevent sticking.
  • Cook the skewer until brown, brushing them with soy sauce as they cook. Typically 4 to 5 minutes per side. Remove from heat and enjoy!
