Dinner,  Inspired Cravings

Baked Pasta

I often crave food that I see on TV shows or even worse, I get jealous of stranger’s orders in restaurants. The weirdest part is that my cravings don’t come from the way the food looks, but mostly from people’s reactions to that food.
This recipe is inspired by one of those cravings I got from watching TV. If you haven’t seen the show crashing on HBO I would definitly give it a watch.

The episode that inspired this recipe is in season 2 of Crashing. Pete meets a girl (Ali) in the bar where he performs as a comedian. After hanging out with Ali for one night, Pete decides to stay at her place, and ends up making himself a baked pasta. When he sits down to eat it, he cracks the glass of Ali’s coffee table. Ali, after work, comes back to her apartment and has the big surprise that her one night stand was still at home waiting for her…

I definitely made a couple of adjustments to make this dish, but after seeing Pete eating baked pasta I needed to make my own. I recommend this recipe to anybody that loves pasta. Below an easy, filling, and delicious pasta recipe. Thanks, Pete for the inspiration! 🙂
