Hogao is a thick tomato sauce with lots of onions. If you go to a Colombian restaurant you will definitely see it. We usually eat it with patacones, yuca, on top of the rice, or with any kind of stew. Even though it is an easy recipe, I wanted to share this recipe because it is a base of lots of dishes. Hopefully, you find it as easy and delicious to make.
